Coquina Beach Blonde, Part 1

This Friday, October 23rd, at 4:30pm we’ll be releasing our collaboration with Fort Collins Homebrewers and Beer enthusiasts: Bill and Carol Evans. Bill and Carol were instrumental in helping us get Rally King off the ground. They worked tireless hours helping us finish the taproom and brewhouse. So as our thank you, a few weeks ago, Bill, Carol and close friend Pete Croak came in and brewed Bill’s blonde recipe. Named for a Florida beach that Bill and Carol love to vacation at, this delicious delicate beer weighs in at 6.3% ABV. A perfect reminder of warmer weather and strong enough to ease us into the cooler months ahead.

Bill and Carol will be in the taproom at the release. Come, say hi, and have a beach blonde.

And stay tuned: there will be a Part 2

Special Release Thursday 10/15

This week our Cit-ra-licious Grapefruit infused Surfer Girl is back on tap. We think we’ve made enough for our thirsty patrons this time, but you never do know. This is an extremely popular version of our IPA. If you haven’t had it, you need to. And if you have, you know what we’re talking about. Cheers!

Rally King Brewing

Reinvention and fulfilling your dreams… that’s what Rally King is all about. Former home brewer Matt Kriewall caught the brewing bug in 2009. Hundreds of batches of beer and many home brewing awards later, Matt turned his hobby and passion into a profession. Rally King Brewing opened its doors in 2015 and has become a favorite neighborhood brewery for Midtown locals and other craft beer lovers. Located right off the Spring Creek trail with a pet-friendly patio, and 18 beers on tap (including three sours), Rally King has something for everyone!
