Beer Release “Fruit Salad” Blonde Ale

We’re releasing another one of Matt’s creative concoctions this Friday April 7! We took our Blonde Ale and stuck it in a red wine barrel that has been lovingly named “Mathilda”. The beer was fermented with 40 pounds of apples, 30 pounds of plums and 15 pounds of cranberries. This beer is a flavor bomb!
