Title One Boxing at Rally King

Join Title One Boxing of Fort Collins Saturday, April 15 at Rally King Brewing at 12 pm for a 60 minute outdoor boxing class.
Class will consist of a 15 minute warm up, 8 stations of boxing related exercises including bag and mitt work and finish with 15 minutes of core exercises.
Advanced registration is required & includes 1 beer and choice of: Bretzel, Hummus & Chips or an Empanada

Non Members $30
